Forward Deployed Engineer - Applied AI
Remote | Europe / UK
We’re hiring for a high-impact opportunity with an AI-focused product team within a global enterprise software company who is hiring a small group of senior engineers to work on a set of new AI-focused product and integration initiatives. These roles sit within a core product and engineering team and focus on building modern, scalable systems across enterprise software, integrations, data workflows, and AI-enabled automation.
This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond a narrow engineering seat. You’ll work across product, engineering, and customer delivery, helping shape solutions from idea through to deployment. The team moves quickly, works closely with end users, and values people who can combine technical depth with strong curiosity and ownership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
