We are supporting a fast-growing AI-native startup helping leading research sites automate patient pre-screening, scheduling, engagement, and follow-up. The platform addresses one of the biggest bottlenecks in drug development.
The company is already live in production across a broad network of research sites and studies, with strong recurring revenue and rapid month-on-month growth. Its mission is to replace manual, fragmented workflows with intelligent automation, making clinical trial recruitment faster, more scalable, and more effective.
The culture is highly collaborative, performance-led, and engineering-minded, with a strong emphasis on ownership, pace, and building from scratch. It is a mission-driven environment for someone who wants to have real customer impact and help shape the next stage of growth.
What the job entails
This is a first-of-its-kind hire for the business and a pivotal role focused on pilot conversion. You will own the journey from paid pilot through to long-term contract, helping customers realize value quickly and ensuring pilots convert into scalable recurring revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Roughly half of the role will be customer-facing: onboarding customers, supporting live pilots, troubleshooting issues, presenting ROI, and helping close commercial conversations.
- The other half will be internal: prototyping solutions, improving processes, building playbooks, and making the platform more standardized while still supporting customer-specific requirements.
- You will work closely with engineers, clinicians, researchers, and operators, and you should expect regular travel to the US, plus some evening work to accommodate customer time zones.
As the function grows, there is clear scope to help shape and ultimately lead it. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating order out of ambiguity, and building the operating model for a high-growth startup.
