Job Summary
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the core of content and creative transformation engagements.
In this role, you will:
- Map existing creative workflows
- Redesign them and build AI-powered pipelines that demonstrate a new operating model within real production environments
Building is not a differentiator here—it is the job. The ideal candidate comes from creative technology, production engineering, content operations, or applied AI within creative environments. You operate inside workflows, not above them.
Depending on the engagement, you may operate in a forward-deployed capacity, embedded directly within client teams. This means collaborating with:
- Creative directors
- Producers
- Marketing technology leads
- Content operations teams
- Engineers
This is not an advisory role—it’s an expected mode of working, requiring adaptability, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Workflow Mapping & Redesign
- Map creative workflows end-to-end (briefing, concepting, production, review, localisation, activation, and measurement)
- Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Approval delays
- Handoff failures
- Tooling gaps
- Governance challenges
- Design future-state workflows that effectively balance AI automation and human oversight

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
