Job Description
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Helmguard.ai, you will own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end, serving as the critical node for platform adoption. You’ll partner with CSOs and VPs of Risk to turn complex workflows into automated solutions, shipping code with AI tools and shaping the product roadmap alongside the founders.

What You Will Do
- Lead strategic accounts through the entire lifecycle, from initial configuration and adoption to expansion and long-term renewal.
- Run high-stakes weekly sessions with senior enterprise stakeholders like CSOs and Heads of Compliance to drive platform integration.
- Ship production-ready code using Claude Code to implement features, fix bugs, and customize UI based on direct customer feedback.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 2–5 years of high-performance experience in a technical or commercial role, preferably as a solutions architect or customer engineer.
- Demonstrates strong commercial instinct and the ability to own single-point accountability for complex, multi-year enterprise relationships.
- Maintains genuine technical comfort and a desire to code, utilizing AI-assisted development tools to solve customer problems in real-time.
