Job Description
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between product development and enterprise impact. You'll own the end-to-end rollout of Athena, scoping complex problems, building custom integrations, and ensuring high-stakes AI deployments deliver real value. This high-ownership role places you at the forefront of defining the playbook for autonomous agents.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end enterprise rollouts of the Athena AI platform, partnering with implementation managers to map business use cases to agentic configurations.
- Write production-grade TypeScript code and integrations using AI-assisted development to ship solutions faster than traditional engineering cycles allow.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for customers, translating field insights into product roadmap requirements for the engineering and design leads.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses several years of full-stack web development experience, specifically within the SaaS domain, with deep expertise in TypeScript and production shipping.
- Has hands-on experience with LLMs or agentic systems, including prompt engineering, tool-calling, and navigating the nuances of model behavior and evaluations.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to build technical credibility across HR operations and senior executive leadership teams.
