Role: Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $300K - $650K/yr
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work on a full-time basis. This role involves deploying and integrating AI solutions directly with enterprise customers to ensure seamless implementation and adoption. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
- Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best practices, and proactive support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments is required.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
