Forward Deployed Engineering Senior Analyst

Forward Deployed AI Engineer / Production Engineer

We are seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who will embed within a client’s enterprise teams, bridging the gap between AI platform capabilities and real-world business outcomes. This role is focused on owning results—time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability—not technical delivery.

Market Opportunity

The industry is refining its understanding of why AI deployments fail: most often because of broken deployment strategies. Leading tech firms have proven that AI products succeed when they drive measurable business value in enterprising environments. This role closes that deployment gap—translating platform potential into tangible outcomes.

The Role

Forward Deployed AI Engineers are the operational linchpins of our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods, shaping the future of AI deployment at scale. Choosing to join us at this early stage means contributing to the industry’s most ambitious enterprise AI deployments across sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Client Integration Embed directly with client engineering and business teams to deploy, scale, and operationalize AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, SAP, Palantir, etc.) across enterprise environments

  • Ownership & Outcomes Deliver end-to-end business-aligned outcomes, not just delivery milestones:

    • Time-to-value: Build AI solutions accelerating with rapid experimentation (days to prototype, weeks to production-readiness)
    • Production readiness: Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable with governed lifecycles
    • Adoption velocity: Align AI deployment with organizational scalability and client capacity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
