Job Description
You will join a high-velocity product pod to build and scale the core systems powering Stint Ltd's AI platform. Working across Python, Go, and Flutter, you will own features end-to-end—from database schema to UI—while collaborating directly with hospitality customers to solve real-world operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Build, test, and deploy new features across the full stack using Python (Django), Go, and Flutter with clean, scalable architecture.
- Engage directly with hospitality customers to understand operational pain points and translate them into immediate, production-ready technical solutions.
- Design and evolve core APIs, data flows, and event-driven architectures to support rapid platform scaling and new market entries.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3+ years of commercial production experience with a technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Demonstrates proficiency across the stack, specifically with Go, Python/Django, and Flutter, and is comfortable with GraphQL and AWS.
- Thrives in high-energy startup environments, possessing the pragmatic mindset to ship great code quickly and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
