Location: Birmingham region
Salary: from £50,000 depending on experience
NonStop is working with a leading therapeutic Independent Fostering agency, in the West Midlands, who are looking for a new Team Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will have the flexibility to work in either the Tamworth or Birmingham office.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4-5 Social Workers
- Ensure a high standard of therapeutic care is given
- Build strong relationships with the team, foster carers, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- SWE registered
- Driver
- Proven management experience, preferably in a fostering team
