The Opportunity
As a Founder Associate, you will:
- Run, grow, and manage all aspects of United Media.
- Build and lead a world-class team, ensuring strategic execution and brand success through conferences and product development.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, aiming to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
- Deliver outstanding products by fostering a strong ecosystem.
- Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide detailed feedback and performance evaluations.
- Execute strategy at a rapid pace to drive growth.
- Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
- Oversee conference planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budget constraints.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify business expansions with existing clients and collaborate with business development for new acquisitions.

Requirements
- +4 years’ experience in high-speed, high-work-ethic fields, such as:
- Management consulting
- Investment banking
- Top-tier corporate or start-up environments
- Bachelor’s degree with Outstanding results (preferably followed by an MBA).
- Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of result-oriented delivery.
- EU, UK, or US work permit.
