Founder Associate - GTM & Growth
At Zelt, we’re not just building HR software - we’re reinventing how modern companies run HR, payroll, IT, and finance. We’re at a pivotal moment in our journey: growing rapidly, backed by top investors, and expanding our footprint in the United Kingdom and beyond.
We are currently hiring a Founder Associate (GTM & Growth) to work directly with our CEO. This is a rare opportunity to help scale a SaaS Company and get a front-row seat to how it grows. You'll see the impact of your work every day and join at the perfect inflection point: the product is proven, traction is real and it is still early enough that your work will help shape how Zelt grows.
You will own high-impact projects across outbound marketing, content strategy, events, partnerships, lead generation, and go-to-market operations. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution. One day you might be launching an outbound campaign targeting CFOs, the next coordinating a flagship industry event or building partnerships that expand Zelt’s reach.
What you'll be working on:
- Growth Marketing & Outbound: You’ll own outbound from zero to pipeline by building campaigns that reach HR, Finance, and Operations leaders and turning them into Zelt believers.
- Lead Generation & GTM Operations: You’ll own the engine, encompassing multi-channel lead generation, CRM, and pipeline tracking, while working closely with the Commercial Team to drive conversions at every stage.
- Events & Brand Visibility: From intimate executive dinners to industry conferences, you’ll put Zelt in the room where it matters and make sure we’re remembered.
- Awards & Industry Recognition: You’ll shape how the market sees Zelt, identifying the right platforms, owning submissions, and building our reputation as a category leader.
- Partnerships & Ecosystem Development: You’ll open doors with industry associations, investors, and ecosystem partners, turning relationships into commercial momentum.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
