About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work on a large variety of challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment of a Series-B scale-up. The Founder’s Office will work on launching products and strategic initiatives, help manage complex situations, and build the infrastructure to allow us to scale. You will be part of a small, elite team, which focuses on high-priority tasks across the company, tackling complex problems and contributing to Wheely’s mission.

Responsibilities
The Founders Office has 3 important priorities:

Build scale-up infrastructure. The Founder Office team designs the key company management infrastructure and hires teams to manage the following:
- Performance management
- Compensation
- Hiring practices and philosophy
- Organisational design
- Goal setting and KPI planning
- Strategy setting

Drive special initiatives. Provide generalist talent for special projects or emergencies (such as funding rounds or product performance issues).

Oversee business areas. Acting as an "extra pair of eyes," to keep a detailed watch on the performance of our key business areas. Each member of the Founder Office is assigned business areas to oversee, to provide insights to the Founder.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in either:
- Top-tier investment banking
- Private equity
- Strategy consulting
- Fast-growing technology company
