The Opportunity: Founder Associate
As a Founder Associate, you will:
- Run, grow, and manage all aspects of United Media.
- Lead and build a world-class team.
- Ensure the successful execution of the company’s strategy and conference operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team

- Execute strategy at pace

- Oversee conference planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budget
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and support new client acquisition

Requirements
-
+4 years of experience in roles demanding high speed, execution, and work ethic, such as:
- Management consulting
- Investment banking
- Top-tier corporate functions
- High-growth startups

Educational background:
- Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results
- Optional MBA (advantageous for leadership growth)

Additional qualifications: ✔ Strong commercial awareness and business passion ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Proven track record of results-driven performance ✔ UK, EU, or US work permit eligibility required
