The Opportunity: Founder Associate

As a Founder Associate, you will:

  • Run, grow, and manage all aspects of United Media.
  • Lead and build a world-class team.
  • Ensure the successful execution of the company’s strategy and conference operations.

  • Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team

  • Oversee conference planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budget
  • Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and support new client acquisition

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in roles demanding high speed, execution, and work ethic, such as:

    • Management consulting
    • Investment banking
    • Top-tier corporate functions
    • High-growth startups
  • Educational background:

    • Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results
    • Optional MBA (advantageous for leadership growth)
  • Additional qualifications: ✔ Strong commercial awareness and business passion ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Proven track record of results-driven performance ✔ UK, EU, or US work permit eligibility required
