About The Role
As a Founder Associate, you’ll partner with founders to:
- Convert ideas into execution across operations, finance, content, events, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
- Not a traditional graduate or administrative role: designed for proactive problem-solvers and builders.
- Variety-driven: each week brings unique challenges—ranging from process improvements to launching new initiatives.

- Built/launched projects, led communities, organized events, started ventures, or consistently delivered results. Passionate alongways to operational responsibility and impact.
What You’ll Do
Core responsibilities include:

Business Operations
- Support business operations
- Streamline internal processes

Finance & Reporting
- Coordinate payment operations
- Assist with financial reporting
- Track KPIs for leadership insights

Content & Growth
- Create/content coordination across social/social media channels
- Launch/top-analyze growth experiments & experiments

Events & Community
- End-to-end management of special initiatives & programs
- Develop scalable operational playbooks (repeatable systems)
- Forge & leverage partnerships within the community/ecosystem

Strategy
- Measure partnership performance & inspect for growth
- Collaborate with founders on high-impact initiatives
What We’re Looking For
(Must-Have) ✔ Proven ability to execute projects with measurable results ✔ Startup, entrepreneurial, or multi-disciplinary experience (highly valued) ✔ Experience in any of:
- Organizing events
- Managing communities
- Creating content
- Leading initiatives
