Role Description
The Founder Content Lead & Social Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, working closely with the founder to shape and communicate Wiggy Kit’s brand voice. This role involves:
- Developing and executing a content strategy across website, email, and social platforms.
- Planning editorial calendars, writing copy, and overseeing visual storytelling.
- Managing day-to-day social media activity, including posting, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and monitoring performance metrics to refine campaigns.
- Coordinating with design, e-commerce, and PR partners to ensure consistent messaging.
- Supporting product launches and contributing creative ideas that strengthen brand identity and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in brand copywriting, storytelling, and editorial content creation across digital channels.
- Experience in social media management, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and analytics.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and seasonal campaigns.
- Comfort working directly with a founder or small creative team, contributing ideas and taking ownership of projects.
- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency of tone.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), basic design or content tools, and performance reporting.
- Understanding of brand-building, audience growth, and digital engagement best practices.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, fashion, or a related field.
