The Role

As Founder Content Manager, you'll shape how our Founder shows up online by translating conversations, ideas, customer insights, product development, leadership moments and everyday life into exceptional social storytelling.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, helping define how one of Britain's fastest-growing bridal fashion brands tells its story through the person who built it.

You'll work side-by-side with Lucy as a trusted creative partner. You'll ideate, capture, create, edit and publish content whilst identifying the stories that deserve to be told. You understand social storytelling, human psychology and internet culture, instinctively recognising what will resonate with our audience and translating it through Lucy's lens.

You'll connect the worlds of entrepreneurship, the Six Stories brand, creativity, fashion, modern love, leadership, motherhood and building a business into one compelling founder brand. You'll know when to ask another question, when to challenge an idea and when an ordinary conversation has the potential to become extraordinary content.

This is a hands-on role. You'll think, film, edit, write, organise and publish. You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment, love being where things are happening and understand that the best stories rarely arrive on a content calendar.

You'll also understand how founder content fits within a wider social-first marketing business, creating content that naturally strengthens Six Stories, supports campaigns and feeds the wider content ecosystem.

To apply, finish reading the job description and please complete this form.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
