Job description:
This is a six-week residency programme, not salaried employment. Read on for what it actually offers.
About Saff
Saff is a six-week residency for Muslim founders who have already shipped. You move into one house in London with nine other founders, build a go-to-market system around your company, and close with a demo day where half the room are buyers.
What you walk out with
- A mapped list of your hundred target accounts and thirty dream buyers, built in week one
- A live pipeline: buyer meetings engineered during the season, not after it
- Residency fully covered: travel, stay, food, production
- Mentors in residence, plus visiting operators and angels, weekly angel dinners
- Capital: a flexible offer within guardrails, £20k to £100k, structured around your stage
- London demo day with investors and buyers who watched you build
- A personal episode arc and a lifetime seat in the Saff alumni row
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Positive action statement
Saff runs under the positive action provisions of the Equality Act 2010 (Section 158), in response to documented underrepresentation of Muslim founders in UK venture capital: 3% of UK venture deals go to a Muslim founder against 5–7% of the population (source: proprietary analysis of 953 deals across the UK's top 20 venture funds). This programme is a proportionate measure addressing that disadvantage and is open to Muslim founders building across the UK, Europe, and North America.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
