Genie Fertility is a pre-seed London biotech building technically advanced and meaningfully new solutions in women's reproductive health. Founded by a geneticist and a bioengineering PhD, the company is currently a high-growth team of four dedicated to revolutionizing clinical outcomes and patient care in fertility.
Job Description
You will work directly with the founders of Genie Fertility, bridging the gap between clinical operations, product development, and core business functions. From coordinating clinical studies and managing patient recruitment to handling legal documentation and market research, you will be the operational engine driving this pre-seed biotech forward in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate clinical operations including study management, on-site management, and patient recruitment pipelines for upcoming research.
- Manage core business operations ranging from legal contracts and NDAs to payroll, finance, and investment presentation materials.
- Conduct market research with potential customers to shape the company’s regulatory approach and go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1-3 years of experience in an early-stage startup, as a founder, or within high-pressure consulting/financial institutions.
- Demonstrates familiarity with biology, biotechnology, or clinical operations, ideally with experience in patient recruitment or health innovation.
- Possesses exceptional analytical rigour and a "bias toward action" mindset necessary to thrive in an unstructured pre-seed environment.
