Founder’s Associate

Salary: £60k–£90k

About Stint Ltd

Stint Ltd is a fast-scaling, London-based startup that is transforming an industry through its innovative product. Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll work alongside an ex-McKinsey Chief of Staff to drive financial, legal, and strategic priorities for rapid growth.

The Role

As a Founder’s Associate, you will act as the analytical engine guiding high-impact strategic decisions. This finance-heavy role involves:

  • Owning and maintaining the sophisticated financial model.
  • Managing budgets and leading fundraising due diligence.
  • Collaborating closely with leadership (Camden office) to address operational challenges and growth initiatives.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Unparalleled access to critical strategic discussions with the founder and senior leadership.
  • Move beyond standard deliverables to own the financial engine, legal frameworks, and operational backbone of a fast-growing company.
  • A unique career accelerator with exposure across all business functions, providing a masterclass in building a company from the ground up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
