About Kind Patches

Kind Patches is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the world.

In just a few years, we've grown from an idea into the world's largest wellness patch brand, with millions of customers across the US, UK, Europe, Australia and beyond.

Today you'll find us on our own websites, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and in some of the world's biggest retailers, including Target, Walmart, CVS, Superdrug and Boots, with more major retail partnerships launching every year.

We're building a modern consumer brand across ecommerce, retail, creators, social media and performance marketing. We move fast, test constantly and back people who take ownership. The best ideas come from execution, not endless meetings.

Our team is ambitious, entrepreneurial and genuinely enjoys building. Every week brings new product launches, new campaigns, new markets and new challenges. If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact and help shape the future of a global brand, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll work directly with the Co-Founder and CEO of Kind Patches, helping build one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the world.

This isn't an Executive Assistant role. It's a builder's role.

You'll work across whatever matters most to the business. One week you might analyse acquisition performance, review growth opportunities or help launch a new product. The next, you could be improving an internal process, supporting a retail launch, helping hire a key team member or taking a strategic project from idea to execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. The role will change as the business grows, and so will your level of ownership.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO on high-priority projects across the business.
  • Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Help launch new products, campaigns, retail partnerships and international markets.
  • Build systems and processes that improve how the business operates.
  • Coordinate projects across marketing, operations, product and commercial teams.
  • Research opportunities, solve problems and turn ideas into action.
  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal direction.

What We're Looking For

You're early in your career, with around two to four years of experience, and you're looking for responsibility rather than routine.

You're analytical, organised and comfortable working with numbers. You communicate clearly, learn quickly and enjoy solving problems that don't have obvious answers.

You take ownership, move fast and don't wait to be told what to do. When something needs fixing, you figure it out.

Most importantly, you're excited by the idea of building. Whether your long-term goal is to start a company, lead a business or run your own team, you're looking for experience that puts you at the centre of how a company scales.

Why Join Kind Patches?

Few roles give you exposure to every part of a business. You'll work directly with the CEO and gain experience across growth, operations, product, hiring, strategy and execution. You'll see how decisions are made, how teams are built and how a global consumer brand scales.

As you earn trust, you'll take on larger projects, more ownership and greater responsibility. This role is designed to grow with the right person and can evolve into leading strategic initiatives, running a business function or becoming Chief of Staff.

How We Hire

Skip the cover letter. Instead, send us a short Loom or a few paragraphs describing something you've built, improved or taken from zero to completion without being told exactly how to do it. If you already have ideas on how Kind Patches could grow faster, we'd love to hear those too.

Our interview process includes an introductory conversation, a practical business challenge and a final conversation with the founders. We move quickly and aim to complete the entire process in around one week.
