Founder’s Associate

Location: London

Type: Full-time

Department: Founders’ Office

Start date: 1st Sept

Compensation: Competitive, depending on experience

Artscapy is the award-winning wealth management company making art a liquid, bankable asset. Our Art Account is a first-of-its-kind digital platform helping 15k+ collectors manage, value, protect and unlock liquidity from their art portfolios. We operate at the intersection of art, finance and technology, combining portfolio management, valuations, advisory, insurance, art-backed lending and trading into one trusted platform for collectors.

We’re now looking for an exceptional Founder’s Associate to work directly with the two founders and help drive execution across the business.

This is a high-trust, high-exposure role for someone who wants to understand how a fast-growing company is built from the inside. You will sit at the centre of the business, supporting the founders across finance, investor relations, commercial operations, partnerships, internal reporting, HR administration and special projects.

Your mission: help the founders move faster, stay focused and execute better.

This is not a passive support role. We’re looking for someone highly organised, commercially minded and analytically sharp – someone who can create structure, spot gaps, follow through relentlessly and turn founder intent into operational reality.

What you’ll do

  • Give the founders leverage: help manage priorities, deadlines, follow-ups, inboxes, briefing notes, meeting preparation, action trackers and key decisions across the business.
  • Support finance and reporting: issue invoices, track payments and confirmations, maintain internal sales and revenue tracking, review payables, support cash visibility and liaise with our external accountant.
  • Bridge finance, sales and operations: help ensure clean communication between finance, sales, post-sales and commercial operations, especially around payment collection, revenue tracking and internal reporting.
  • Support investor relations: help manage investor queries, shareholder administration, investor updates, fundraising materials, board preparation and ongoing stakeholder communications.
  • Assist with commercial operations: act as a second line of support on commercial operations questions, especially where issues require founder visibility or cross-functional coordination.
  • Support during VP Commercial Ops maternity leave: provide additional operational cover, help maintain commercial rhythm and ensure important commercial workflows continue moving.
  • Prepare commercial materials: support presentations, partnership proposals, client-facing content, commercial analysis and internal decision-making materials.
  • Help drive partnerships forward: track next steps, coordinate stakeholders, review commercial agreements and make sure important opportunities do not lose momentum.
  • Support team and HR administration: assist with payroll preparation, employee administration, benefits, onboarding, internal documentation and ad hoc hiring support.
  • Own special projects: bring structure to ambiguous problems, identify bottlenecks, improve internal processes and support cross-functional projects across finance, commercial, product, marketing, operations and investor relations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
