Job Description
As a Founder's Associate at LightWork AI, you will operate as a junior co-founder, working directly with the leadership team on mission-critical initiatives. You'll drive fundraising, commercial strategy, financial modeling, and operational projects. This is a high-agency role designed for top-tier professionals ready to build a category-defining AI unicorn from the ground up.

What You Will Do
- Build and own sophisticated financial models for pricing, ROI analysis, and fundraising, serving as the quantitative backbone for major company decisions.
- Support end-to-end investor relations, including preparing data rooms, drafting board memos, and managing communications with top-tier VC firms.
- Drive commercial operations by tracking client pipelines, coordinating contracts, and identifying opportunities to systematize the business for rapid scaling.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1–4 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB), bulge bracket investment bank, VC firm, or high-growth startup.
- Possesses exceptional analytical skills with the ability to build investor-ready financial forecasts and complex ROI models from scratch.
- Demonstrates high agency and a relentless drive to solve ambiguous problems without waiting for instructions in a fast-paced, on-site Victoria office environment.
