Founder's Associate – Growth & Brand Building

Want to learn how to build a startup by helping grow one? This is a founder's associate role—you’ll work directly alongside me on everything that drives growth and brand building:

  • Web and ecommerce
  • Advertising (paid acquisition)
  • Content, brand, and product
  • Systems integration (CRM, AI tooling, automation)

About the Role

We specialise in premium home water filtration systems—sold direct online and through consultative channels in the UK and expanding into Europe. We’re scaling, and I’m hiring my right-hand person to help drive it.

No two days are the same. Your responsibility will span the entire growth stack, balancing elements like:

  • Optimising Meta and Google ads (testing creative, analysing data)
  • Building and refining the website (Webflow) and ecommerce experience (checkouts, conversions)
  • Defining brand voice, visuals, content, social media, and video
  • Improving product positioning and supply chain management
  • Setting up growth systems (CRM, WhatsApp flows, automations, AI tools)
  • Converting leads via phone calls
  • Tackling operational issues hands-on

This is not a specialist role—successful candidates are generalists who can wear many hats and take ownership.

Why This Could Be For You

You’ll be in a founder-level support role, getting a rare up-close look at how a modern, direct-to-consumer brand scales from the ground up.

If you’re creative, scrappy, ambitious, and quick to learn, this is your chance to ship fast, influence decisively, and grow with us. I don’t care about a "perfect" CV—just brains, taste, and a drive to build.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We want a "builder’s instinct"—someone who’s happy exploding injustices, digging into issues, and taking action.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll help drive:

  • Paid acquisition – Running and testing Meta/Google ads; optimising creative; monitoring KPIs
  • Ecommerce & website – Maintaining and improving the Webflow site; troubled-shooting the checkout process

  • Product & positioning – Shaping the product offer and customer-facing messaging
  • Growth systems – Building CRM flows, WhatsApp automations, and AI tools to streamline operations
  • Lead conversion – Handling phone calls and converting hot leads
  • Operations – Light supply chain and vendor management

This is a hands-on role—expect to jump into whatever needs doing immediately.
