Founder's Associate Intern (GTM & Product)
📍 London (Hybrid)
⏳ 6-month internship (with potential to convert to full-time)
About Data Dumpling
Data Dumpling is building the intelligence layer for modern B2B go-to-market teams. We use AI to help companies identify the right buyers, understand buying committees, uncover intent signals, and prioritize the accounts most likely to convert.
Our customers range from early-stage startups to enterprise teams, and we're building AI-native workflows that combine product thinking, GTM strategy, and customer intelligence.
We're looking for a highly ambitious Founder's Associate to work directly with our Founder & CEO. This isn't a traditional internship. You'll have a front-row seat to what it takes to build an AI startup from the ground up.
What you'll do
You'll work across whatever matters most that week. One week that might mean interviewing customers. The next, building product specs. The week after, preparing investor materials or helping launch a new GTM initiative.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
