Why this role is remarkable

  • Direct mentorship: Work alongside the Chief of Staff and founders, gaining a front-row seat to how a high-growth healthtech startup is scaled from the ground up.
  • Unparalleled ownership: Lead strategic "zero-to-one" projects across finance, product, and people, with the freedom to architect systems and hand them off to specialist functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do

  • Build and scale internal operations: Architect zero-to-one systems for leadership effectiveness, business-ops products, and automated workflows using tools like Zapier and Retool.
  • Drive cross-functional execution: Act as the operational glue between the CEO, product, and revenue teams to gather customer feedback and shape product priorities.
  • Represent the mission: Engage directly with the GP community and customers, resolving pain points and demonstrating how Anima’s technology improves clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate

  • High-performance background: 0-3 years of experience in high-ownership environments, with a strong preference for candidates from top-tier management consulting (MBB) or fast-paced startups.
  • Exceptional IQ and EQ: Possesses the intellectual horsepower to solve ambiguous problems and the emotional intelligence to generate buy-in across diverse internal teams.
  • Relentless execution: Demonstrates high agency and a "no task is beneath me" attitude, thriving in fast-paced settings where they must turn nothing into something.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.
