Role: Founder’s Associate (Revenue Operations & GTM) Type: Full-time Remuneration: Competitive base salary, depending on experience
About Nyxium
Nyxium is an infrastructure intelligence platform for data centres, energy, mining, and manufacturing.
Our platform centralises real-time intelligence into one live deployability framework, guiding projects from siting through to operation—identifying risks early and suggesting actionable solutions.
We're a venture-backed, early-stage company with a growing pipeline, a major product launch ahead, and hands-on founder leadership for this role.
About the Role
A highly resourceful Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders.
This is not a strategy or consulting role—we already have a clear go-to-market motion. Your mission is to execute it flawlessly, keep the pipeline moving, remove bottlenecks, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from zero, and moves at startup speed.
Core Responsibilities
Sales & GTM Operations
- Manage and maintain our CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until an outcome is reached.
- Schedule customer meetings and maintain founder/calendar manageability.
- Coordinate trial onboarding and customer communications.
- Track every prospect through the sales pipeline.
- Document meeting notes, escalate action items, and follow up systematically.
- Ensure no qualified lead is forgotten.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Excels at managing multiple workstreams without losing momentum.
- Enjoys refining messy systems into efficient, well-oiled workflows.
