About Kennies

We're a London-based, fast-growing consumer brand - we make high-protein snacking salami. Think Peperami, but better for you.

We launched in December '25 and are already stocked in 250+ independent retailers across London and the UK, alongside a growing Amazon, DTC and TikTok Shop business. We're a small, ambitious team moving fast - and we're building something we think can be big.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Founders Associate to work directly alongside the founders across the whole business.

This is not a single-lane job. One week you might be securing retail listings and coordinating a promotion; the next you're building a repeatable system for a manual process, briefing a social campaign, or pulling together the numbers for a distributor negotiation. If you want to learn how an early-stage consumer brand is actually built - and have real ownership from day one - this is it.

You'll be the founders' extra pair of hands and extra brain: the person who picks up the messy, important problems and gets them done.

What you'll do

Your week will vary, but the mix looks roughly like this:

Commercial & sales (~35%)

  • Help win and manage retail listings - visiting stores, pitching, and keeping accounts healthy
  • Support our distributor and foodservice relationships
  • Help run our Amazon, DTC and TikTok Shop channels - listings, promotions, performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
