Founder's Associate

Founder's Associate Program

At United Media Group, we’re building the next generation of business leaders through our Founder's Associate program. A unique program for people who want responsibility early on and are comfortable with being pushed outside their comfort zone.

From day one, you will take full ownership of a core function within one of our portfolio companies. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Tackling the toughest problems
  • Making decisions
  • Building processes
  • Being accountable for results within a fast-moving environment

Essentially, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to run and scale a company.

This two-year program (on average) will develop you to become ‘CEO ready’ in the fastest and most effective way possible. Upon completion, you’ll be placed in a leadership role with the opportunity to step into a CEO position, complete with significant equity, within one of our portfolio companies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
