Founding Account Executive
AI Marketing Platform | £75,000–£90,000 Base + Double OTE + Equity | London (Remote with Travel)
We're partnering with an early-stage AI company that's redefining how performance marketing teams manage and optimise digital advertising.
Following significant Seed funding from leading investors, they're now hiring their first commercial hire in the UK. This is an opportunity to join at the earliest stage, help build the UK go-to-market strategy, and ultimately grow into a leadership position as the business scales.
💼 The Role
This is a genuine founding sales opportunity where you'll own the UK market from day one. You'll build pipeline, win new customers, refine the sales motion and work closely with the US leadership team to establish a repeatable playbook for future hires.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
