Founding Account Executive (0–1) | RegTech £120,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Share options (Double OTE) | Hybrid – London
SR2 is partnering with an ambitious, venture-backed RegTech business that is building a category-defining platform to help organisations navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
Following strong early traction and significant investment, the business is looking for its first Account Executive to join the commercial team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales.
This is a genuine 0–1 opportunity. You'll be responsible for building the sales motion, winning flagship customers, influencing go-to-market strategy, and helping lay the foundations for a high-performing commercial organisation.
The Opportunity
- Join as the first dedicated Account Executive in a high-growth RegTech business.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Work directly alongside the founders and leadership team.
- Help define sales processes, messaging and playbooks from the ground up.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in a high-growth B2B SaaS business.
- A track record of joining a business at an early stage and successfully scaling the sales function from 0–1.
- Experience building pipeline through proactive outbound activity alongside managing inbound opportunities.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Experience selling complex software into regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in an early-stage environment.
- Evidence of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for building, improving processes and helping shape company growth.
