Founding Account Executive

Founding Account Executive – UK / EMEA Expansion (London, Office-Based)

About Zango

Zango is building the AI compliance layer for financial services. A tier 1-backed startup (US, UK, EU, Asia), we’ve rapidly partnered with global leaders in the fintech ecosystem—including major banks and financial institutions—since launching in 2024.

This is a pivotal moment to shape how AI agents transform enterprise operations. We’re looking for a viscinal commercial leader who bridges strategic insight, relationship-building, and customer advisor roles. You’ll helm our growth in the UK, then scale across Europe, crafting the GTM playbook from the ground up.

Location & Work Style

  • Remote first, with 5 days office-based (Liverpool Street, London)
  • Early-stage environment where ownership, experimentation, and high impact define success.

What You’ll Do

Strategic & tactical responsibilities include:

  • Build Zango’s GTM framework—from lead generation to revenue close—with the backing of founders.
  • Drive consultative sales with Tier 1 banks and financial institutions, positioning AI compliance and innovation as value-drivers.
  • Own end-to-end B2B deals, engaging risk, compliance, legal and innovation teams to align on high-stakes projects.
  • Lead relationship-building, translating regulatory complexity and AI use cases into clear business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
