Ready to build a sales motion from scratch, with live, paying customers already in hand? This is a founding AE role, not a quota seat.
We're partnering with a fast-moving, VC-backed AI startup. Our client just closed their Series A and is led by a founding team with serious AI/ML pedigree, alumni of top AI labs, and founders behind previous successful exits. They are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Founding AE to build their commercial engine from zero in London.
Location London, UK
What You'll Do
- Build the company's go-to-market from zero, no playbook, no legacy process, just you and the founders
- Own the full outbound cycle: prospecting, discovery, scoping, negotiation, close
- Close flagship customers and turn them into reference stories that shape the next ten deals
- Define what "selling AI-powered services" actually means; pricing, packaging, and positioning are yours to shape

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Environment
- Series A pace: one customer live, the next ten riding on what you build
- Direct access to founders and engineers — no layers between you and the people building the product
- High ownership, zero red tape, you're inventing the process, not following one
Must-Haves
- Mini-founder mentality, you've built a GTM motion, a company, or a revenue channel from scratch before
- Can sell complexity, you've closed deals that needed real solutioning, whiteboarding, customization, pitching CEOs and CFOs, not just end users
- A proven track record of excellence, top quota attainment, founding success, or an equivalent flex
- AI-native and outbound-hungry, you get the technology, and you still love prospecting

Why Join? This is a founding seat, not a sales seat. You'll help shape what "AI services" means for an entire market of under-digitized mid-market companies, with a live customer, real revenue, and a founding team with a serious pedigree already backing the bet. If you've built something from scratch before and want to do it again, with more support and more urgency this time, this is it.
