About Akai by Deel
Akai by Deel is a cutting-edge AI agent platform designed to automate repetitive, manual workflows that traditional tools can’t resolve. Built internally to address Deel’s own challenges:
- Operating across 170+ countries requires navigating complex systems without well-documented APIs.
- Internal teams faced burnout from lagging behind the volume.
- Solution: AI agents accelerate operations, finance, and compliance.
Akai operates faster, more accurately, and with less burnout—and is now launching to empower every scaling company.
This is a founding GTM role. You’ll be the first Account Executive devoted to Akai, driving:
- Net new logo sales
- Account expansion
- Defining Akai’s sales and product strategy—democratizing AI for operations.

Responsibilities
- Target tectonic accounts: Own greenfield outreach for Akai’s visibility, scaling startups, and multinational enterprises
- Focus on Operations, AI, and Finance leaders who manage complex workflows
- Build relentless inbound: Pioneering multi-channel outbound campaigns, relentless follow-ups to turn leads into pipeline
- Full cycle execution: Lead from discovery to contract close, tailoring Akai’s agent-based solutions for procurement requirements
- Simplify technical solutions: Translate AI/agent benefits into actionable business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders
- Expand opportunistically: Identify new high-value workflows within existing accounts
- Collaborate with product & engineering: Shape the offering by translating field insights back to R&D
- Self-improve with AI: Leverage Akai’s and Deel’s tools to automate workflow, saving time and scaling results
- Share intelligence: Maintain data-updated CRM reports to support revenue team insights
Requirements
- 4–6 years of full-cycle SaaS/tech sales experience, with substantive exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM products, or agent-driven automation
- Killer hunter mindset: Top percentile revenue attainment in high-velocity environments—you ** సినిమాyvbm** standardized scripts. Prefer executioner instincts.
- Greenfield champion: Zero-to-one expertise; background landing brand-new customers with a wise’s solution beyond a feature list.
- Selling technical complexity: Proven ability to explain AI agents platforms to non-technical executives (CFO, heads of AI, and operations).
- AI evangelist: Performative learner of AI barriers and frontiers; you redesign daily workflow and problem enfin and perceive applications before we elevate it, without prompts.
- Needle-move systemizer: Creative outbound campaigns and aggressive account strategy—you push, function non-negotiable deal-breaking No and drive close entry.
- Technical sensitivity: Grasp nuance in LLM/economy while translating to ‘dumb to smart’ slants for stakeholders.
- Match sharp: Execute creative marketing, precision followed-up, critical attention, written killers.
