Job Description

As the Founding Account Executive at Helmguard.ai, you will partner directly with the CEO to scale a seven-figure revenue engine. You’ll transition from managing high-stakes enterprise deals with CISOs to owning the full cycle yourself. This high-agency role involves building the company’s cold outbound motion and defining the sales playbook from the ground up.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the machinery of CEO-led enterprise deals, including account research, stakeholder mapping, and executing mutual action plans for C-suite buyers.
  • Build and test the company's cold outbound motion from scratch, generating a high-quality pipeline without support from marketing or BDR teams.
  • Transition into a full-cycle closing role within 6–12 months, owning a personal quota and writing the official sales playbook for future hires.

The ideal candidate

  • 2–5 years of high-performance experience in B2B software sales or as an analyst in venture capital or banking managing executive-level processes.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch with a "no leads, no excuses" mindset and experience navigating complex enterprise procurement and security reviews.
  • Exceptional process discipline and executive presence, capable of establishing credibility with CISOs and VPs of Risk at large, regulated institutions.
