πŸš€ Founding Account Executive | Climate Tech | Series A | Β£70K + OTE | Early GTM Build πŸš€

Ready to own a territory from day one and help shape how a GTM engine closes deals at scale?

This is a rare chance to join a VC-backed startup solving one of the hardest problems in energy, how to make renewable power actually accessible to industrial businesses.

Our Client

Our client is backed by top-tier investors and is led by a commercially sharp founding team with deep GTM and product expertise. They're now hiring their first Founding Account Executive to build out their sales motion in London and own a territory from the ground up.

What They're Building

An AI-native energy orchestration platform helping industrial and commercial businesses unlock cheaper, cleaner renewable power.

Location

πŸ“Œ London, UK

🏒 Hybrid / 3-4 days in office, with field time built in. You'll spend 2–3 days a week on the road at key points, meeting generators and building relationships face-to-face.

What You'll Do

  • Be on the field, meet with energy producers (Farmers, Agricultural businesses, Renewable energy project owners)
  • Own territory planning and outbound execution β€” build target lists, run prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels, and book qualified meetings
  • Run deep discovery and close deals β€” understand each prospect's site, commercial priorities, contracts, and decision process; position the solution and negotiate terms to signature
  • Build the closing playbook β€” your approach to territory strategy, positioning, and objection handling becomes the template the team scales
  • Keep the pipeline honest β€” own deals from first qualified meeting through close, manage stakeholder maps, keep CRM clean, and forecast what will actually close

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
