Founding Account Executive – EMEA (Strategic Sales)
Blee – AI-first Marketing Content Compliance Platform
Blee is an AI-first marketing content compliance platform. Trusted by PayPal, NerdWallet, and Brex, we’re a YC-backed company founded by an ex-Adobe marketing ops leader and former lawyer, leading a category that didn’t exist two years ago—across Fintech, Financial Services, CPG, Travel, and Life Sciences.
Based in San Francisco and New York, we value in-person collaboration but offer remote opportunities for the right candidates. You’ll join a team that thrives on clarity, ownership, and shared responsibility while building something that redefines how teams work.
The Role
Blee is seeking its first strategic sales hire in EMEA—an autonomous, visibility-driven Founding Account Executive (AE). This isn’t for someone waiting for inbound leads or needing a playbook. You’ll define Blee’s presence in Europe, starting with a blank slate, and close deals that set the standard for how the company wins globally.
You’ll:
- Own and build EMEA’s GTM motion, including territory mapping, ICP definition, outbound strategy, and pipeline creation.
- Manage and grow existing Accounts (including UK/Enterprise/Fortune 500 customers) to drive significant revenue growth.
- Run the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and discovery to multi-stakeholder negotiation and close—without hand-holding, ever.
- Identify high-value accounts across verticals (Fintech, Financial Services, CPG, Travel, Life Sciences) with sharp, industry-specific insights.
- Lead 6-figure SaaS deals with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing stakeholders—delivering standalone demos and value propositions.
- Establish account expansion strategies (QBRs, upsell, cross-sell) in partnership with Customer Success.
- Feed intel to leadership on market needs, refinements, and scaling—your input will shape global growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
