We're hiring for an ambitious AI startup building the AI compliance layer for financial services. Backed by tier 1 investors across the US, UK, EU, and Asia, the company is already working with some of the largest financial institutions in the EU/UK since launching in 2024 β€” and is now looking for its first commercial hire to help scale revenue and lead its UK GTM expansion.

Working directly with the founders, you'll build the commercial engine from the ground up β€” owning everything from GTM playbook and pipeline generation through to closing deals with tier 1 banks and shaping the future sales team. Based 5 days a week in the London office (Liverpool Street).

The Founders have built the brand and made connections via roundtables, seminars, and workshops. You will take on prospect discussions, build relationships, and close deals with banks and fintechs.

What you'll do:

πŸ“ˆ Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation to close
🀝 Running consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with tier 1 banks and financial institutions
🧠 Leading full-cycle B2B deals with risk, compliance, legal, and innovation teams
πŸ’‘ Developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translating AI and regulatory use cases into clear business value
πŸš€ Turning founder-led traction into predictable, scalable revenue
πŸ‘₯ Helping build the future sales team as the company expands across Europe

You'll need to:

βœ… Have 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in financial services (consulting, SaaS, or founder-led sales)
βœ… Understand how to talk to compliance and legal teams and how to manage deal cycles with larger fintechs and banks.
βœ… Have a proven track record of closing deals and nurturing long-cycle relationships
βœ… Have experience engaging legal, compliance, or risk stakeholders.
βœ… Bring high hunger, resilience, and ownership β€” motivated to build and scale from the ground up
