Founding Account Executive (UK Remote)

About Lucevo:

Hospitality isn't built behind a desk staring at spreadsheets, it’s built on the floor, creating unforgettable guest experiences. At Lucevo, we build custom digital employees for small, medium, and large-scale luxury hotels and hotel groups across the UK. These aren't off-the-shelf software tools. They are bespoke digital team members embedded directly into a hotel's workflows to handle heavy administrative work quietly in the background. Our mission is simple: take staff away from keyboards so they can spend more time on the floor smiling and talking to guests.

The Role:

We are looking for a Founding Account Executive, our first dedicated commercial hire to drive group-level relationships and close new business. This isn't a traditional corporate sales gig where you get handed a list of cold leads and a generic pitch deck. You’ll be working directly with the founding team to open doors at the executive level, lead high-stakes commercial discussions, and establish Lucevo across the hospitality sector. Because this is a ground-floor commercial role without a base salary, we are offering an industry-leading 30% commission split on every single deal closed. For the right person with the right executive relationships, the upside is substantial.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
