🚀 About Borderless

Borderless is simplifying the complexity of global immigration, starting with the UK.

Immigration is one of the most important - and most broken - systems in the global economy. It’s shaped human history, yet businesses and individuals hit friction at every turn, and government policy lurches with the political cycle.

Our vision is simple: a world where borders are no longer barriers, empowering the ambitious, wherever they are.

Backed by Entrepreneur First and Backed.VC, we’re already supporting 600+ businesses, 15,000+ workers and scaling fast into new sectors and markets.

Around 25% of our workforce is sponsored, and we proudly offer visa sponsorship as part of our hiring process.

🎯Why This Role Exists

We've built a product that works. We've proven commercial traction in the UK. Now we're going international - and we need someone exceptional to lead the charge.

This is not a job for someone who needs a playbook, a warm pipeline, or a brand name to open doors. This is a job for someone who builds those things from scratch. You'll be at ground zero selling Borderless into a new geography, with a mandate to prove that what we've built in the UK can work somewhere else entirely.

Our initial targets are Canada, UAE and US. You'll own the GTM hypothesis, build the pipeline, run the sales cycle, and close the first customers. If you succeed, you'll build the team around you.

This is a high impact role reporting directly into our co-founders.

This role is right for you if...

You've started something yourself - a company, a project, a product - and sold it to customers who had never heard of you You've been the person a company taps to open a new market because they know you'll figure it out You hear 'no' and think 'not yet' You don't wait to be told what to do next

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
