Job Description
As a Founding AI Engineer at Pharosyn, you will build AI systems that automate complex analyst workflows for monitoring clinical trials and regulatory filings. Working directly with the CTO, you will own LLM orchestration, data pipelines, and full-stack development, shipping production-ready code to enterprise pharma clients while shaping the technical architecture of the platform.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage core LLM orchestration layers and data pipelines to monitor clinical trials and regulatory filings continuously.
- Develop and maintain the full-stack platform using Python, TypeScript, and React to deliver actionable insights to pharma strategic teams.
- Make high-level architectural decisions alongside the CTO, ensuring the product remains privacy-first, traceable, and SOC 2 compliant.
The ideal candidate
- Has 0-4 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-ready AI or LLM-powered systems.
- Holds a computer science or technical degree from a top UK Russell-group university, showing strong fundamentals and a builder's mindset.
- Demonstrates full-stack proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React, with the ability to thrive in the ambiguity of an early-stage startup environment.
