We are replacing the $50B manual audit and compliance industry with real-time agentic AI, moving from quarterly manual checklists to continuous automated risk detection for Fortune 500 companies.
Job Description
Join Bead AI as our fourth hire to replace manual audit checklists with autonomous AI agents. As a Founding AI Engineer, you will architect the backbone of our core audit product, owning end-to-end workflows from data processing to deployment. You’ll shape product direction and ship real-time compliance solutions for paying enterprise customers.

What You Will Do
- Develop and scale the backbone of a core audit product, replacing manual checklists with a fully agentic, real-time approach.
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end AI workflows, including data processing, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to set the product roadmap, balancing customer feedback with long-term technical health.

- Proven track record of shipping complex products end-to-end as a founding or early engineer at a high-growth startup.
- Pragmatic builder with experience launching agentic systems and LLMs in production, prioritizing proven methods to achieve immediate customer impact.
- High-agency individual who thrives in ambiguity, flourishes with autonomy, and has the long-term ambition to found their own company.
