Founding AI Sales Operator

Remote | Global | Commission-first, serious upside | UAE visa & relocation | Trips: LA, Austin, Miami, Dubai, Cape Town, Bali, Thailand, London

There's a version of the next few years where AI quietly rewrites how every business on the planet operates, who gets hired, what gets automated, what a "small company" is even capable of doing on its own.

Most people will read about that shift after it's happened. A small number of people are going to be the ones who actually walked into businesses and built it, before anyone else even knew to ask for it.

We're looking for one more person to be in that second group.

About Sensecore

Sensecore is an applied AI consultancy. We help businesses actually adopt AI: agents, automated workflows, the operational stuff that quietly changes how a company runs, rather than a chatbot bolted onto a website for show.

Every business owner out there can feel this shift coming, in the same vague way people feel a storm coming before they can name it. Very few people can walk in and actually build the thing they need. We can.

We're small, moving fast, and growing quickly - the kind of company where the next few hires genuinely shape what this becomes, rather than sliding into a role that's already been defined by fifty people before them.

Some of us build, some sell, some operate, and all of us work alongside & with AI agents that self learn, self evolve and are responsible for parts of the business, which means a small team can do what a much bigger one normally would. No office, no line manager, nobody watching what time you logged on, just good people doing good work, at speed, because the work itself is genuinely exciting.

A few times a year we want the whole team to come together and work from somewhere inspiring for a week or two - Dubai, LA, Austin, Miami, Cape Town, Bali, Thailand, London. It's how we actually like to work: together, in person, somewhere good, building the company in real time, then heading back to wherever suits us best.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For

We need a real salesperson. Someone who genuinely lives and breathes sales - relationship building, network building, the whole game of it. Someone who can source their own deals from a cold desk, not just work a warm list, and close them.

That probably means you've got a few years behind you and something to show for it, maybe you've built something yourself, an ex-founder, maybe you've just been very good inside someone else's company and you're starting to feel the ceiling. Either way, you're proactive by default. You don't wait to be told what to do, you don't fit neatly into a normal 9-5 shaped box, and you've probably already noticed the room you're currently in isn't moving as fast as you are.

You're the kind of person who gets restless doing the same thing on repeat, who'd rather be building something with real stakes than optimising someone else's spreadsheet of KPIs. You want to work alongside people who think the same way, genuinely capable, a bit unconventional, allergic to bureaucracy, and quietly convinced they're capable of more than the box they've been put in so far.

You don't need to be technical, because the team I've built so far is. What we need is someone who can sit across from a business owner, understand what's actually costing them time and money, and make the case for what we'd build, clearly, without jargon, and with real conviction behind it, because you actually believe in where this is going, and you know how to turn that belief into a signed deal.

How This'll Work

  • Commission-first. No base to start. You bring in the deals, close them, and the team executes, we do the build, deployment, and delivery of the actual AI work. In return, you're rewarded generously: real commission on everything you close, paid in perpetuity for as long as that client stays with us, agreed in writing before you start, no vague promises, actual numbers on paper.
  • As we grow, this moves into a salaried position, and a leadership one - running your own sales team, hiring and growing it how you see fit, with equity and a clear path into leadership. We're not interested in dangling a title. We want the person who's actually going to run the commercial side of this in a couple of years, and we'll build the terms around whoever proves they're that person.

This is Probably You If

  • You've got a result you're proud of - a deal, a business, a number, and you'd rather show it than talk about it.
  • You can walk into a room of strangers and leave with a relationship, no script required.
  • You're highly aspirational and entrepreneurial, and you want to be around people who are too, rather than carrying everything alone.
  • You get a genuine kick out of moving fast and figuring things out as you go, rather than following someone else's process.
  • You want to be part of something fast-growing and bigger than yourself - not just another seat in a company that's already been built.

How to Apply

Skip the CV. Tell us what you've sold or built, a deal or decision you're genuinely proud of, and why this makes more sense to you right now than a normal, safer role would.
