Frontier AI Deployment for Real Businesses

We take frontier AI and deploy it inside real businesses.

We fix this by:

  • Understanding workflows
  • Building AI systems that grow profits
  • Creating production systems processing hundreds of transactions a day or thousands of records an hour
  • Supporting professional services, manufacturers, distributors, and the funds that back them

Each project drives economic growth globally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’d Do

Own AI builds end-to-end for clients—this includes:

  • On-site workshops with operators to map workflows
  • Designing and shipping working software in weeks, not quarters
  • Integration with client systems
  • Presenting impactful results to leadership teams
  • Owning the system in production post-launch

Typical Project Timeline:

  • Week 1: On-site client gig, workflow mapping
  • Week 4: Prototype handling high-volume cases
  • Week 12: System live—processing hundreds of transactions/day, board-level reporting

Projects run 4–9 months, with real impact for each line of code.

What You’d Get

  • Full ownership from Day 1 (no bureaucracy)
  • Work at the technical frontier (models/patterns 12 months ahead of norms)
  • Valuable problem-solving across industries—great prep for entrepreneurship
  • Direct mentorship from two exited founders (learn how to sell, negotiate, and build at scale)
  • Material perks:
    • New MacBook Pro + AI model subscriptions
    • Central Holborn-based office

Who We’re Hiring

Requirements

✅ 5+ years building production software—Python fluency, adaptable to new stacks ✅ Proven track record shipping high-impact systems (explain: why you built it that way, what broke, how you’d improve it) ✅ Commercial instinct—no MBA required, but you must understand profit drivers (you’ll work with CEOs, CFOs, and operating partners) ✅ Passion that borders obsession (like Paddy’s performing from age 8 or Tom’s GB water polo career). Passion for code as a vehicle for ambition.

Unless you match this ethos…

❌ If you see work as funding your life, not fueling it ❌ If your work doesn’t fulfill you deeply

We don’t do 80-hour weeks; we value sleep. But growth must be a priority for you.
