Founding Creative for Sci-Fi Social Storytelling

We’re building a AI-native, mobile-native, original science-fiction universe —imagining what Star Wars, Mad Max, or Rick and Morty might look like if they were created from scratch today, with a provocative streak inspired by MSCHF, Balenciaga, and Gentle Monster.

We’re looking for a Founding Creative to help invent what that looks like.

You might come from advertising, film, social, gaming, creative technology—or some strange combination of them.

We want someone who can move effortlessly between ten-year mythology and ten-second videos.

Someone who can:

  • Help define the creative vision for an original science-fiction universe built to live across social, entertainment, and emerging media.
  • Build worlds, characters, mythology, storylines, and narrative systems.
  • Invent original, social-native formats with the potential to become repeatable cultural phenomena—understanding hooks, creators, participation, algorithms, comments, memes, and the strange ways culture moves online.
  • Write, make, experiment, and build—not just direct from the sidelines.
  • Push AI creatively—mastering the models, prompts, workflows, and tools reshaping how stories get made.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
