Remote, UK | Up to £100,000 + equity
Join a fast-growing AI-native B2B SaaS company backed by $13m in funding and already serving 80+ mid-market and enterprise customers.
You will join a seven-person senior team and own customer success end-to-end, while working directly with the founder across sales, operations and strategic projects.
The Role
You will:
- Own onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion
- Manage mid-market and enterprise customer relationships
- Run product demos, discovery calls and free trials
- Track account health, usage and churn risk
- Build reporting, automations and scalable CS processes
- Turn customer feedback into product insight
- Support the founder on high-priority operational work

About You
You will likely have 2 to 6 years’ experience in customer success, account management or commercial operations within B2B SaaS.
You should have:
- Owned customer relationships end-to-end
- Worked in an early-stage or fast-growing startup
- Managed renewals, expansions and demos
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
- Practical experience with AI tools and workflow automation
- Excellent written communication
- The judgement to operate without heavy management

This is ideal for someone who wants broad ownership, direct founder exposure and a path towards Head of Customer Success, commercial leadership or founding their own company.
Remote across the UK, with some US East Coast overlap required.
