About Ace Waves
Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we're building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.
Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.
The Mission
The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is the engine behind our global expansion. Positioned at the intersection of Product, AI Automation, and Sales, we don’t just market a tool - we build repeatable revenue engines and define how Agentic AI transforms enterprise outreach.
The Leadership
You’ll be joining a team led by serial entrepreneurs Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis. This is their second major venture together following the successful acquisition of their previous scale-up, SearchNode, in 2022.
The Culture
As an early team member, you will operate in a founder-led GTM culture. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, having a seat at the table where strategic decisions are made. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role designed for someone who wants to skip the corporate red tape and build a global category winner.
Why we're hiring now
We're at an inflection point. Ace Waves has strong early traction and real customers, and we're entering the next phase of growth. Marketing has been a team of one. You'd be the second – and the first fully focused on pipeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This means you won't be starting from zero. The product is proven, the customers are real, and the story is strong. Your job is to build the demand engine that turns that into a repeatable flow of qualified pipeline. It's a rare moment to own demand gen at a startup exactly when the foundation is there and the growth is ahead.
What you’ll do
- Own and run demand generation hands-on to deliver a steady flow of qualified pipeline
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across channels
- Grow organic pipeline through SEO, AEO, and conversion-focused content
- Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns
- Work closely with sales to turn leads into pipeline and revenue
- Set up attribution and tracking, pull insights, and act on them to drive pipeline
- Build out new channels over time, like webinars and events
What we expect you to bring
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a sales-led GTM motion
- Background in a fast-growing tech startup
- Experience driving demand across global markets
- A hands-on builder who can create demand early and move fast
- Wide understanding across the funnel
- Pipeline numbers you owned and hit, with the figures to prove them
- Data-driven, and fluent with modern marketing and AI tools
- Strong written and spoken English

Even better
- Experience in customer service, customer support, or the CX tools space
- Background in conversational or agentic AI
- Built demand gen from scratch, not just run an existing engine
- A creative streak – you come up with original ideas, not just run the standard playbook
