Job Description

As the first Founding Designer at anrie.ai, you will lead the evolution from a Slack-native tool to a comprehensive web product. You'll define the visual identity and UX for an AI agent that automates complex marketing workflows, working alongside a world-class team from Meta, DeepMind, and Google to revolutionize performance marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end design process for the new web platform, translating complex AI-driven marketing workflows into intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders and engineering team to define the product roadmap and establish a cohesive design system for the future of anrie.ai.
  • Partner with the creative production team to align the product's visual direction with broader brand identity while maintaining high-fidelity design standards.

The ideal candidate

  • You have 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within early-stage startups where you have navigated ambiguity and successfully scaled products from 0 to 1.
  • Deep expertise in crafting complex SaaS or AI-native user interfaces, with a strong portfolio showcasing both strategic UX thinking and exceptional visual craft.
  • A proactive, owner-mindset designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking full responsibility for the entire product design surface.
