Founding Engineer – Competitive Salary and above market equity - 5-days on-site in London
I'm partnering with a seed-funded, early-stage AI start-up that's building intelligent software to solve complex operational challenges within critical infrastructure & aerospace.
As part of their ambitious and on-going growth, they are looking to bring on board an ambitious Founding Engineer to collaborate with their team of brilliant, sharp minds where you'll have the opportunity to shape both the product and technical direction from day one, working alongside an exceptional founding team with deep industry expertise.

The opportunity
- Build a real-time AI platform that powers operational decision-making in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture and development through to production.
- Work directly with customers to iterate on product capabilities and deliver real-world impact.
- Join at an early stage with significant ownership, autonomy and the chance to influence the engineering culture from the ground up.
