Join CompliMind as a Founding Engineer to build production-grade AI systems currently deployed across multiple NHS trusts. You will own the full-stack development of agentic workflows that turn fragmented healthcare policies into actionable guidance. This high-agency role involves shaping technical architecture and product strategy within a high-calibre team of researchers and engineers.

What You Will Do
- Design and ship production-ready backend services and agent-driven workflows using Python and domain-driven design to handle messy, real-world healthcare data.
- Build and iterate on user-facing interfaces and APIs that integrate seamlessly into the day-to-day operations of hospital infrastructure teams.
- Manage full-cycle cloud infrastructure and deployment on Azure, ensuring high reliability and performance for systems critical to hospital compliance and safety.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1-5 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in Python (ideally Cosmic Python) and TypeScript/React, having built production systems from scratch.
- Demonstrates high agency and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, turning loosely defined problems into robust, well-architected technical solutions.
- Possesses practical experience deploying LLMs and agentic systems into real-world workflows, moving beyond experimentation to solve complex operational challenges.
