About the Role
You will lead the architectural development of an AI-driven agency model, replacing traditional manual workflows with autonomous agents. As a founding member, you will own everything—from feature specification to production-grade deployment—tackling hard problems in LLM integration and operational automation to redefine how the global property market functions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production-grade agentic systems and RAG pipelines using Python and TypeScript.
- Drive architectural decisions and product strategy, spanning from initial concept to real-world operational impact.
- Maintain high-speed shipping cycles, deploying code to production within your first week of joining.
